Radar Sensors for Drone Navigation:
Landing, object detection and
GPS/GNSS independent flight parameters

APPROACH VECTOR SYSTEM (AVS):
Landing navigation for VTOL drones

AVS supplies dynamic and precise 3D position readings in GPS/GNSS denied environments, with an integrated short-range data link. AVS enables the autopilot to land on static or dynamically moving platforms (vessel, vehicle). Radar sensors acquire height over ground and detect obstacles in the landing zone.

AVS System description

SECONDARY RADAR TRAJECTORY SYSTEM (SRTS):
Landing navigation for fixed-wing drones

SRTS enables a fixed-wing drone autopilot to navigate a precise approach to a predefined landing spot (flat surface or 3D position) in a GPS/GNSS denied environment. A radar pointing downwards acquires speed over ground and other dynamic flight parameters. An integrated short-range data link allows reliable communication.
